Shared Service Center
The professionals at our Shared Service Center (SSC) assist our consultants, relationship managers, acceptors and claims handlers. Through this support, we can truly put the client first without worrying about overly complicated processes or techniques. The SSC has six departments: IT, Facilities, Marketing & Communications, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Finance & Control. Want to know more about these departments?
Information systems, telecommunications, and computers. Our IT team is working non-stop to manage our systems, networks, and databases.
The Facilities department supports the whole company. They create the perfect environment, so our colleagues can focus on helping our clients.
Through our Marketing & Communication team we reach our clients. At the right time, with the right tone and the right feeling. This department creates all sorts of communications that contribute to the goals of our organization.
Legal & Compliance sees to it that we comply to law and regulations. The department signals, advises, and checks everything going on in our business. Strict, but just. From advising teams to contracts and fiscal queries, this team makes sure everything is played by the rules.
Everybody in the company company encounters HR at some point. HR is responsible for your primary and secondary employment conditions and benefits. Our HR team takes great care in ensuring all colleagues feel at home in our organization. And when there is cause for celebration HR is ready to party!
