We provide solutions and a care-free financial future through our brands You Sure, Felixx.® werk & inkomen, and Yinco, with over 800 colleagues. We are a warm and enthousiastic team. Our management team
With a carefully selected balance of experience, knowledge, and skill, our management team is at the wheel of our organization. They decide our strategies and goals. Providing us with an inspiring climate to work in, focussing on colleagues, continuity, and legislation and regulations. Our CEO and CFO are supported by five operational directors.

- Felixx® werk & inkomen – is specialized in insurable employment conditions, pensions, HR-quiries, occupational health and safety, and payroll administration.

Shared Service Center
The professionals at our Shared Service Center (SSC) assist our consultants, relationship managers, acceptors and claims handlers. Through this support, we can truly put the client first without worrying about overly complicated processes or techniques. The SSC consists of six departments: IT, Facilities, Marketing & Communications, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Finance & Control.
