With a warm and enthusiastic team consisting of over 900 colleagues, we provide solutions and a care-free financial future through our brands You Sure, Yinco and Felixx.® werk & inkomen. This is apparent by our yellow brand colour, which represents optimism and joy.

Our management team
With a carefully selected balance of experience, knowledge, and skill, our management team is at the wheel of our organization. They decide our strategies and goals, while supporting us with an inspiring climate to work in. Among other things, they focus on colleagues, continuity, legislation and regulations. Our CEO and CFO are supported by five operational directors.

- Felixx® werk & inkomen – is specialized in insurable employment conditions, pensions, HR-quiries, occupational health and safety, and payroll administration.
- Yinco – underwriting agency and service provider with insurance solutions for all insurable risks.
Shared Service Center
The professionals at our Shared Service Center (SSC) assist our consultants, relationship managers, acceptors and claims handlers. By virtue of this support, we can truly put the client first without worrying about overly complicated processes or techniques. The SSC consists of six departments: IT, Facilities, Marketing & Communications, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Finance & Control.
