Our personal and client-focused approach proved successful, resulting in our development as a leading financial consultancy with offices all throughout the Netherlands. This was made possible through independent growth, dedicated acquisitions, and collaborations. After over 100 acquisitions we ensured our position in the Dutch market and are looking to expand abroad. Yellow Hive is among the top 10 intermediaries in the Netherlands, with a revenue of over 100 million euros.
Our integration strategy
An important factor to our success is our carefully developed integration strategy. For each acquisition, we implement a timeline to seamlessly integrate a company or portfolio into our business. Like this, we remain one strong unity. This timeline is created by looking at the desires, needs, and future of all relevant parties involved. Every acquisition is different, so there is no 'one size fits all' solution. Of the 100+ acquisitions, 85 have been integrated to become part of our organization and brands.
